Born and raised in Maumee, Ohio. Graduated from St. John’s Jesuit High School in 2016 where Rick was captain of the football and wrestling teams. Rick enjoys spending his free time in Northern Michigan with his friends and family.
Professional Experience:
Interned at Fortune 500 company for 2 years as a part of the University of Cincinnati Sales Academy. Graduated at the top of his intern group. Trained and developed other interns to become successful sales professionals. promoted to Sales Associate due to exemplary performance.
Sales professional, 3 years for Fortune 500 company Insurance. Assisted Executive Sales Representative Mike Hisle to manage a book of business as well as prospect for new business. This included cross selling and organizing onsite events with employer affinity groups. Helped Mike increase production on all lines to achieve an exclusive top 2% club in the country. Won Sales Associate award for being a top 20 producer in the country at this position. Consistently achieved high quoting and production awards every month. Achieved customer service excellence award, Fast Start Life producer award.
